MSCA 09 Hospital/Treatment Facilities Committee

     For the past two years the Treatment Facility Committee (TFC) has been working to carry the AA message to Treatment Facility clients and staff to better inform about What AA Is and What AA Is Not: AA’s Primary Purpose, AA Traditions, AA Meetings (Open/Closed); to offer temporary contacts with AA members who have volunteered through the TFC to assist newly discharged clients from treatment facilities get to know meetings and members in their residential areas after discharge. The TFC has also done district presentations to when invited to describe what their Area is doing and what their districts can do to reach out to their local Treatment Facility locations. The TFC has been keeping an updated TC database and is developing a TF database from information from districts as it is received. Please come out to our TF Committee Meetings which meet monthly at Area Assemblies and ASCs from 10:15-11:30 AM. Your input and suggestions are welcome.
